Copy a structured correction report without an external service or automatic submission.
What is this tool?
This is a structured note for copying so site errors, omissions and usability problems are reported with enough context. You can edit it like a normal note, but the button only copies text: it is not automatically received as a ticket or message, and it is not saved.
- Fill in the problem page and what you observed.
- Select “Copy template.”
- Paste it yourself into an email, forum or messenger channel published by the maintainer; only then is it actually delivered.
Privacy warning: Do not include passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers or personal data.
Address and subject
Copy the address, then paste it into Gmail or another mail service.
